Poor documentation for linking to Dyson app – MyDyson™ Review

I have spent over an hour attempting to connect the Dyson C2 to the app. The manual is no help. The live chat is no help. I am a network engineer retired from Att and know wifi networks inside and out. This is a very poorly written app and/or software within the C2 purification unit. I will have to return this $500 product due to crappy software developers.
