Difficult to connect, WiFi or Bluetooth arhhh!

I don’t know why this fan so difficult to connect to WiFi and Bluetooth. Yes, there’s a remote control for manual. Let’s say misplaced, I’m stuck air cleaner. I spend $650 for this fan. It’s so upsetting when it comes connection to your device. I have iPhone XR, service network is Verizon.

I agree with the other reviews. The app simply will not connect to a modern home WiFi signal. Dyson please fix this or stop promoting this functionality.

For the current day only you can see that sometime during a 12 hour period there was a spike. After that the daily data is all averaged so you cannot pinpoint or find the time of a precise change. To bad you cannot add in sensors elsewhere, I mean, around the device the air gets cleaner but what about the room?

Ok... So at first the setup did not work, however they apparently did fix this connection issue for TP04. The inspiring part here was hitting the live chat immediately put me with a support person who could not have been better. The fans are now hooked up and working great. A high Rec for the product but a very high Rec for the service. Thanks Dyson

Right now I can only rate this app at no star (one is the minimum though). And that will remain until Dyson explains to me, WHY in the world would I need to creature an account (yet another on top of over 120 I have to maintain) with you to use control my purifier sitting in MY LIVING ROOM?? Additionally, and this is completely unacceptable: you require me to enter MY ROUTER’s PASSWORD into your app. Are you nuts?? Do you really think I’ll let your app to know my admin password to my router?? This is just ridiculous and unacceptable practice.

had to reset password so many times..website was able to login fine but the app kept saying incorrect. Restarted the app, waited a day, nothing works.

It can only be viewed in the vertical position; rather primitive. The rest of it works and for what is it’s okay. I’m thinking of getting Dyson’s task light. Does anyone have any experience with app/lamp functions?

Recently purchased the Dyson Hot+Cool Link fan and I am in awe of Dyson products. The Dyson Link app setup was fine, once researching this on the internet that I had to be on the 2.4GHz network (supported only). After that, all was fine. The functionality of the app works seamlessly. Just wish that it could work with Apple HomeKit app. Thanks Dyson another awesome product!
