For about two months we have not had ABC and NBC in Orange Texas. I am looking at other providers who can provide these channels. I watch a great many of the shows on those channels and have missed them for two months. The antenna that you were supposed to have furnished me free of charge, doesn’t pick up anything. If I want to continue with you, I will have to look at purchasing one from Amazon. It doesn’t make sense for me to keep spending money when you all are the ones who are benefiting and customers are being given the shaft. I’ve been a customer of dish for many many years. That will be coming to a screeching halt if something is not done.. Kathleen Rogers

The newest revision of your MyDISH app does not work properly. It worked on my iPad before this time but now it doesn’t. It works fine on my Phone.
Issue with online app

Last month I tried for a week to pay my bill online with no success. I deleted the app and downloaded it again still had issues had to go thru tech support online just to pay my bill which was late by then. So I incurred a late fee. So here we are a month later and still having issues with my bill paying. I get a message stating we’re sorry but our online service is unavailable.

No ABC for a long time now. Called a few times and after sitting on hold for over 10 min each time I just gave up. Looking into streaming services now and getting rid of you guys.

Keep getting these receivers that are bad. I have gone through 4 of them in one year if I remember correctly.

19 years with dish NetWork as a customer I’m very disappointed about South Asian mega package which is 54.99 missing a lot of Live stream and premium channels but is still charge same money they should consider to drop the price for package FAS 9244

I am set up for auto pay and you keep messing it up, also where are my credits for nbc and root not being on!!!! How convenient they came on day before Olympics started and super bowl weekend. Not impressed and looking for other options. You broke this contract. Have a good day!
