I called Dish about my internet no working and they told me it was working but my iPad, phone and computer won’t connect and the fault is on my side. I had to get the gold program so a tech could come out and find out why my stuff won’t connect. Another way to get money from me on a fixed income.


Price went up, no NBC

disappointed in Flagstaff

Monthly fee went up $40.00, DISH can’t work out deal with local NBC channel. This means no Super Bowl this year. Guess it’s time to look in to other Satellite/Cable options.

This dish company up here in Sandy Oregon has issues with driving in snow it makes appointments and canceling them on the day they are to get to your problem I have been without service for two weeks now !! I should get free time or a free something. My bill is to high!! Why is it so high?

Why do we keep losing channels? Where are the perks!?? You keep taking things away and charging us more!! This is getting to be too much and you need to be much more customer oriented!!! Do something MORE or GOOD for me!! I may switch to Direct TV and see their customer service. I’ve been with you 23 years!!!!! That should count for something beneficial to ME; your company is looking very bad in my eyes.

First of all they have been increasing the price, and also they drop lots of channels from Hindi and Bengali mega packages, yet they expect me to pay the same amount I have been paying while all the channels were available!! Now days there are so many apps and other provider I can use for cheaper payment. Only reason I have dish is because I have elderly mother at home, who was this international channels and now they have been decreasing on the channels and paying same amount, it’s not done at all! Been Dishnetwork customer for 20plus years and it’s hurt to cancel their service now!!
