We have been dish customers for more than 20 years! Not only does our subscription continue to skyrocket, but we continually lose channels! What has happened to businesses honoring grandcustomers as well as baby customers?
Dish network is a disappointment

I was told my bill would remain at 120. And now it’s gone up. You don’t keep your word and it is annoying.

The app no longer tell me how much internet I have available. Calls do no good because it apparently is no ones job to take care of this app. They tell me I can find out on the full website but I can’t find that either. Through the app was the way I could tell when I was getting close to running out of service. Now I call and wait forever on hold just to find out.
It’s an easy payment process

It’s been a helpful and easy payment process and allows me to control the way it’s paid. I only wish the selection options were faster to use instead of having to look around for it. But very satisfied with the dish app

Can’t believe you slap on a late fee because I was 12 hours late. Doing Christmas. Your greed exceeds your service.

Have been a dish customer for over three years and not even once have I ever had a technical problem or issue with my service! Unbelievably reliable service !

Dish has taken away some of the channels there is nothing on the guise that is new. As soon as the contract is up I will switch.
