Issue with online app – MyDISH Account Review

Last month I tried for a week to pay my bill online with no success. I deleted the app and downloaded it again still had issues had to go thru tech support online just to pay my bill which was late by then. So I incurred a late fee. So here we are a month later and still having issues with my bill paying. I get a message stating we’re sorry but our online service is unavailable.
