Terrible Hopper Service

My dish will refresh regularly and throw off my programming. Also I’m having a hard time watching DVR

Dish has got to be the worst provider in the world. After having the Hopper replaced we are still having the same issues. I am actively researching a replacement and will be contacting the BBB and probably the FCC or some other regulatory agency that can hold Dish accountable for forcing me to pay for something I am not receiving.

Finally a payment app that doesn’t require a thousand verification to make a payment. For 15 years I have dreaded paying my dish bill because logging on or calling took a thousand steps . I understand jumping through hoops to make changes in a bill but it should be easier to pay a Bill. Today I went to my App It recognizes my phone, had me enter my passcode, took me directly to pay my Bill, clicked yes to pay, yes to use my card on file and done. Amazing

I really like the app easy to turn receivers on and off. The ability to refresh or wake up my RV receivers from my phone is awesome. No calls just a couple clicks on my phone.

This app keeps crashing as soon as I try to open it. I am unable to do anything with it. Please fix so I can pay my bill!
Dish is horrible

When we first switched to dish, we were promised a $300 gift card. It’s been several months and several calls assuring us the card was sent. Never received a card then called again and were told we needed the code on the paper that said we would get a $400 gift card . It’s been several months and we don’t have the paper with the code. It seems dish does everything they can to screw you out of the $300 gift card . Just another shady company. Oh and can’t forget this, they did there best to try to not give me the veterans package which they offer free to veterans but will try to get out of that as well. Well dish I salute you, with just one finger though. Can you guess which one?
Just got a dish satellite and within a few months prices increase...

Seems to have to many timeouts where it can’t reach the Dish systems...other than that it’s good...
