My dish network often doesn’t work and Netflix via dish rarely ever works. It’s so frustrating

I have auto pay set up. Half the time it doesn’t take it out even though the funds are there. I go to manually submit payment on app and it will decline payment twice before approving it. Again more than enough funds are in account!

Every time we re-setup satellite it becomes a hassle, usually ending up with a call to the service center. What’s the use of the app or anything else?!
Bad program decisions

Dish is expensive for the quality of service. When there is a thunderstorm and lightning you lose reception that can last for hours. Also they put channels that you would never watch an call it a great deal when you get 50 channels but most of them you never watch. Because it’s not your type of program. They show 12 hours of 1 program. That’s ridiculous.

Tv is wonderful! Don’t buy INTERNET service! Especially with DISH!!!!! Because that don’t care what you have to say! DISH deals with HUGHESNET and they are Terrible!!!!!!!

I have had Dish for over 10 years. I have had a few minor issues through this time, but they were minor and took care of by Dish in a prompt way every time. I do not believe there is a better deal any where out there, I know a few people that have direct tv,, so I know that what I am paying Dish is a good deal. To God be the Glory !!!
