Remote start won’t work after latest update

I tried the remote start with the app twice this morning and it didn’t work. Then my key fob wouldn’t work. I was worried that the remote start had broken on my brand new car, but the key fob worked later in the day. A coworker said the same thing happens to her since updating the app. I tried to find a way to contact Chevrolet and report a problem with the app before posting this review, but I couldn’t easily find an email address to report a problem. I tried the chat option, but the list of topics to chat with someone about did not have any options for the app, they all seemed geared with purchasing a new vehicle.
Welcome update, new issues

Bolt EV owner here. The Energy Assist feature is great, this really helps range anxiety, and is a wonderful demonstration tool. The overall increased speed of getting the car data is also nice. It seems more than half the time the app shows wildly inaccurate results. I’ve seen it report remaining range as 148 miles, then zero (out of energy), then 109 miles. This was after a manual update, and happened within minutes of each other. The car itself showed 109. It seems if I refresh until the value stabilized, it’s close to correct. Two stars off while the accuracy is being fixed.
IPhone X Support

This app is really behind on adding iPhone X support. I prefer if it covered the entire display. I also don't like how I'm asked to turn location services every time I go to start my car.
Should be better than it is

Vehicle status runs way behind teal time. Not much value to that. Other features are great. Could be much better than it is.

I paid for my Chevy and I pay for Onstar. Evidently that’s not enough money for them so now the app has ads and no way to opt out from them. Thanks guys, you’re really making me feel like a valued customer....

All this app needs is faster loading. Like good lord it takes forever to load anything on this app! Cmon Chevy!!

I love the app I just wish you all would update it to support both Touch ID and Face ID that way I wouldn’t have to keep putting in my 4digit code to start or lock or make my alarm sound
