I’m having a very good experience with my new truck. The salesman was phenomenal and very punctual. Bobby Russell is the best.
Recent upgrade made it not accessible to remote start my vehicle. Need to contact o star. Not good on the 8 degree days. This needs fixed ASAP
My husband has a 2020 Silverado and watching him use this app was one of the reasons I decided on a 2022 Equinox. I’ve had it for just over a week and this app will not work for me. I’ve restarted my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still doesn’t work, however, I have a 50/50 chance of being able to start my car using my watch. I’m giving three stars because it works perfectly for my husband, so I’ve witnessed how convenient it is…too bad I haven’t been able to experience it first hand.
The app is good especially after the redesign. However the app constantly logs me out, even if I set it to keep me signed in. The log in screen lines go missing where I have to shutdown the app and reopen it to have them show up. Not sure if everyone is having this issue, but it is quite frustrating. These issues make it not accessible to the Apple Watch. Hopefully these issues get resolved, in a future update.
It stopped working. No longer has the key fab portion. Had it one day and literally the next it was gone.
I got a 2021 Ford F-150 and the app is free. I can remote start and do everything I could possibly need. I shouldn’t have to pay to use a app for a Chevy with today’s technology
Please go back to the old basic app. At least that worked most of the time. I’ve had nothing but problems with the new version
It’s very convenient to have the ability to remote start my car, check battery level, etc. A few annoyances I’d love to see addressed: 1. The login screen occasionally looks completely broken, missing some fields with buttons in strange places. To fix this I have to kill and restart the app. 2. My login seems to stay active for only a day or two, so I frequently have to login again. I’ve looked around for a setting that would change this but I’m not seeing it. This makes the otherwise convenient watch app not really helpful, because it usually just tells me to login on my phone first. 3. Refreshing diagnostics is extremely slow, like 15 to 20 seconds slow. Still helpful to have that kind of information available, but pretty unusual to wait that long for updated information in 2022. *shrug* Thanks for the hard work!
Every time I open this app it has everything off screen and at the bottom. There’s no way to slide the remote features up from the bottom. Force closing the app temporary fixes the issue.
