It’s been since November the iPhone X has been released, and for some reason, the crew at Chevy and onstar can’t seem to update this minor thing. Seriously, what’s so hard about adding support to a screen? I might sue and press charges because the app once glitches on my iPhone X while driving and I have it all recorded through my dash

The new version warns continuously that I should turn location services on, this gets annoying when I have to cancel it three times just to start my truck. The older version never did this. Please fix this already. Edit: Ashley, I do not need to locate a dealer everyday now do I?

I don’t have a subscription but I can’t still do a lot on the app with my truck. But now with the new update many of what I could do with no subscription is been cancel. and just to had to that the app problem at this time the updating icon wont stop rolling crying updating. Something need to be done.
No iPhone X Support

The app doesn’t utilize the iPhone X screen, despite the app having just been updated about a week ago. App Store guidelines will require this in the not so distant future. Hopefully they continue to support the app at that point. I had an issue with my services within the app not working (unable to start/stop car or lock doors, diagnostic info, etc), but that turned out to be an OnStar issue that’s since been corrected. Hopefully the app developers here realize people also own the iPhone X and not just the regular iPhone and iPhone Plus. Lots of screen real estate that’s not being used...

Way too much overhead needed just to hook up to a Chevy. An account needs to be created before you can use the app. Too much commitment just to use an app

Even though I don’t subscribe to Onstar I really liked to have the ability to lock/unlock my doors via the app. With this latest update it has disappeared? Hoping to find out why and if it will be returning soon.

Hey... ? I pay 26 dollar a month for Onstar and it’s extra features, I don’t want to see freaking Exon ads in the Chevy app

I was looking forward to all of the features of this app when I heard what all I could get after purchasing OnStar. Well that lasted only a couple of minutes as the main thing I was looking forward to is not working. I have an iPhone 8, I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the remote start is still not an option in this app! I m so disappointed! I have tried talking to tech support several times and the help I received was useless! I can only uninstall and reinstall so many times!!
