Remote start

I own multiple Chevy cars and if I tried to remote start them for other family members in my house it only wants to let me remote start one car I have to force close the app re-open it select a different car to remote start it. Example I will start my truck the timer will start I’ll go to the top of the screen select my wife’s car open it I go to remote start her car and it shows my timer I cannot send the command

I’ve had problems with this daily for the last week. When I hold the start button it turns blue and doesn’t do anything.
Just loops
loops and does nothing
I registered a vehicle. I log in, just presents the form again. Works fine on my desktop. Just a frustrating useless infinity loop on the mobile app. Useless!

The app takes FAR too long to actually execute commands.it takes nearly 2 minutes for my car to actually START after I have sent the commandabout my vehicle upon opening the app. it really needs some work, particularly on the speed.

The app would be great if it actually did what it said it would., On a consistent basis. It works only half the time for me. And when it does I can’t ever tell if it actually works.

I uninstalled the app cause it wasn’t working then was told to uninstall and reinstall it so it can work but I still got the same thing ( Stays on Chevy logo )
Each update breaks what’s fixed

The entire purpose of this app, for me, was location alerts. I have teens driving my car and can no longer add or set up location alerts for when my vehicle arrives or leaves a location like their school or work. You can add all the locations you like, but when you open that location to set a boundary or text alerts it’s blank. The previously set locations before the update still work but can’t be adjusted either, blank also. I’ve contacted technical support and was told to sign out, erase app, re-download, sign back in amongst other useless attempts to fix the issue.

This app is pretty terrible. Doesn’t really work. I have to restart my phone practically everyday to get this app to work. Pretty worthless
