Remote start won’t work after latest update – myChevrolet Review

I tried the remote start with the app twice this morning and it didn’t work. Then my key fob wouldn’t work. I was worried that the remote start had broken on my brand new car, but the key fob worked later in the day. A coworker said the same thing happens to her since updating the app. I tried to find a way to contact Chevrolet and report a problem with the app before posting this review, but I couldn’t easily find an email address to report a problem. I tried the chat option, but the list of topics to chat with someone about did not have any options for the app, they all seemed geared with purchasing a new vehicle.
