Continually get a messaging on a brand new iPhone that connection between app & mychevrolet service is being unexpectedly rerouted by a 3rd party process. Frustrating.

I recently just downloaded the app. Logged in successfully. I was prompted to add a vehicle but on multiple tries they keep telling me my vin number doesn’t match the year and model provided. I have checked thoroughly but feedback keeps repeating. Any assistance would be gladly appreciated

It lets me use my key fob on the app and lets me see the location of the vehicle if I ever forget wheee I park

So I had to get a new phone And ever since. The app will not work. I can’t log in. And now with my iPhone 12. I can’t even get to a log in screen anymore. When I open the app on the new phone it’s just a blank white screen.

If there was half a star I would have selected that. The app constantly has errors and I keep being told To delete and reinstall. I expected A LOT more from Chevrolet. VERY DISAPPOINTED
