This app used to be great. Now it will not stay logged in. I have no idea why it has an Apple Watch counterpart because it doesn’t work since the login will stay. When I do login I have to accept Terms and Conditions every time. So frustrating.

This app would be incredibly useful if not for two MAJOR flaws. 1) The app logs you out consistently. Even with “keep me signed in” selected. (Makes the watch version entirely useless.) 2) The service can’t communicate with your vehicle if it’s been parked for a few days. In this ‘work from home’ world, it’s not uncommon for me to go a week or two without driving. Other than that, pretty handy.
App Doesn’t Work Anymore

When I try to open the app it doesn’t load and is just a white screen. Extremely disappointing that I can’t use the app with my new car.
Update fail

Yesterday this app worked, today was informed that an “update” was mandatory, unfortunately my iPad while up to date re:operating system it doesn’t support iOS 13. So Thanks Loads GM for a “fail”.
Bad Update

So upset. I use this app daily. Now I can’t update since I don’t have the right version of iOS on my phone. I pay Onstar to have this service which I can no longer use. Go back to the older version.
