Why must I agree to the terms of service every time I open the app??


Still doesn’t work properly with Apple Watch

An issue with requiring me to sign back into the app on my phone to use the watch remote function every time I want to use it has returned after about a week of working correctly. I’ve basically gave up on it. Calling support just to get nothing resolved is very time consuming. Once my trial is up I will be cancelling on-star. It’s a shame because when it works, it’s very convenient to start my car from my wrist.

There is never a time when I go to remotely start my car that it doesn’t start or is “out of range”. It’s wonderful to get into a warm car in the winter and cool car in the summer. I’ll never have anything but a Buick!


White screen on app

I have iPhone X my Chevrolet app is updated to 4.4 and I’m still getting a white screen when I open the app. I’ve deleted it from my phone and reloaded it a dozen times. Still getting a white screen. Before this update the app worked fine. I also just leased a new Chevy vehicle. Could this be it and the old vehicle is not connected to the app any longer so screen is blank? If anybody can help I would appreciate it. Thank you in advance. I will change my star rating as soon as I get this working.

I’m not sure if your app developers ever check the app against the latest devices and operating systems but currently this app is horrible with iOS. It never works the first time I open it. I have to close and reopen. Then, even though I have “keep me signed in” on I have to log in every time. Which leads me to the next thing. The watch app is useless based on what I’ve previously said. If the app never keeps you logged in the watch app never works. So yes, I’ve rebooted phone, OS is up to date. Deleted app and reinstalled multiple times and it still doesn’t work.

This app was really great but the last few updates have messed it up. I feel like now I have to log in to the app every few days but at least once a week and before it just kept you logged in. And yes I clicked the tab to keep me logged in but that doesn’t seem to work. Additionally, the watch app almost seems pointless. I’ve tried to use it but it keeps telling me to log in to my phone. If I’m going to use my phone what’s the point of using the watch? And yes I went into the setting to save my pin to the watch but that’s a waste of time if I have to log in to my phone. Someone’s idea to improve the app is ruining it. There’s also times that I go to open the app on my phone and just get a blank white screen. I’ll have to close it and re-open it to get it to work. And yes my phone is updated to the latest iOS.


No Longer Working Correctly

Starting mid January, every time I get out of Bluetooth range, the app won’t reconnect and I get a message that Keypass Setup Required. I have to setup the whole thing again and the vicious cycle starts all over again.

I downloaded the app & Ive been trying to log in & set up my account for over an hour. Every time I try, it tells me I can’t login until I verify my email. The app has not sent one link out of the 30 times I have tried so I can verify my email. I check my spam & junk folder as well. Nothing has came yet. 1 star from me.
