Can’t find my provider

CVS told me to download this app so they can communicate my COVID info but they don’t show in provider list!!! Now what!!

Can not pay bill wth this apt. Sends you to another link to pay your bill. I have contacted them and they refused to fix this problem. You want your payments fix your apt so that we are not sent to a second party payment. Isn’t as good as they think they are. Fix your problems,

This is the most unfriendly user app that I have ever used. I have deleted this crap and doctors will have to contact me by phone. Will suggest to anyone that this app is awful! Thanks for nothing.

I’d love to use this instead of going to the web to access MyChart for Overlake medical center but it errors out on login with a message that terms and conditions can’t be loaded and I can’t get past that.

I absolutely love my chart. Im 71 and I can order my medicine on my chart, I can leave my doctor a message, I can make an appointment. And so much more. And the same with the doctors and nurses they can keep in touch with you.

I had to sign up in order to take a test at a local pharmacy for COVID. It pulled up a provider I haven’t been to in 15+ years and my provider is not one listed and it is a major hospital and I can’t even put them in because they are not signed up with this company. I can’t even put in my primary care provider. It won’t let me remove the information that is obsolete. It has technical problems when you try to cancel and reschedule appointments. Not a great app!

When I put my password I get a notice that says terms and conditions can not load at this time. I emailed the help link and have not gotten a response.

This is a wonderful and helpful app.to me it save me time because I can go on the and look at my results and every doctors appointment,and plus I can communicate with thin without calling the doctor office...so big ups thanks for this app,

I downloaded this app yesterday per request of the hospital to keep track of my health, I have COVID. Ever time I log in it says everything needs to be don on the website, so what does this app do? There are a lot of bugs that need to be fixed
