Slow unusable app

Very slow login and nearly impossible to reset your password before it will timeout! Whole app needs to go in the trash and they need to be fired and start over fresh!
Cant remove a doctor

The app is pretty good but there is no way to remove a A doctor from the list if the doctor has left the organization. 1/26/2021 I have been contacted by the developer and they say they are working on it, I will post more when/if the problem is corrected, but their response was fast.

This app is much improved in regards to stability and usability. The import appointment function is great. I have a suggestion though. The office number should be made into a live link to the phone allowing one tap dialing.

Lots of errors thrown throughout many of the check-in processes with UCSF. Forms that need to be filled in will not let you type after tapping the text field. Could’ve been useful, but it’s not.

I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times and I cannot access my account I’ve reset my password multiple times and I still cannot access the account

I was told that this App would help get me to the vaccine. It has not. I feel very confused. It does not link up to other MyChart Apps. I belong to NYU Langone MyChart App, and that does link up to other MyChart Apps. I find this App does not do what it is supposed to do. Maybe they will improve it, but I am not holding my breath

My provider took my picture when I was there fir a visit. It was not a flattering picture. It got loaded to my chart by the providers office. I have repeatedly tried to find a way to use a better picture of myself, but it seems like there are no settings that will allow me to do that. I know that appearance shouldn’t matter, but they do. And I don’t want every provider who uses the app to see that awful picture.

It’s decent. Unfortunately, it often doesn’t work. It refreshes the page while I’m typing info, it gives me “communication problems,” “cannot load terms and service” or greys out next/enter buttons even when every field is filled out. And their website is NO help for support. They give troubleshooting tips my first graders know to try.
