Awful APP – MyChart Review

I had to sign up in order to take a test at a local pharmacy for COVID. It pulled up a provider I haven’t been to in 15+ years and my provider is not one listed and it is a major hospital and I can’t even put them in because they are not signed up with this company. I can’t even put in my primary care provider. It won’t let me remove the information that is obsolete. It has technical problems when you try to cancel and reschedule appointments. Not a great app!
