The app was working fine and then all of a sudden I went to login and check to see if I had anything left to upload (uploaded everything via computer) and to see if my BCI and FBI check had come back yet and it said Out Of Date need to update. There was not an update and still is not one and I can only login on the website to check for updates and changes.

Was working fine, now says “app needs updated” when trying to log in. No updates are available for the app, and my phone is fully up to date. Nice.

Most worthless app ever. Tried to upload documents rejected for being “blurry”. I looked and pictures are clear as can be. Now app is saying update; however no update available. Deleting this joke of an app.

This app no longer supports the updated software with Apple! I just got off the phone with customer service because I couldn’t get onto my app and then I couldn’t log into my account either! If you have an Apple device don’t bother downloading this app.

This company first of all has absolutely no common ground when it comes to accepting documentation. I would send in one thing and it would get approved and wouldn’t get approved the second time. Would resend two more times and it would get approved. Also app no longer works with it being out to date

I try to log on and it tells me the app needs an update, so I go to the App Store and there is no update available. How does your app require me to update, but you don’t have one? Come on.

Says I need an update but unable to do so. This app stinks. I will be glad when I delete it in May.

For nursing school, I need to use this app quite frequently. But there is always an issue with logging into this app. It is currently saying that the app is old and needs to be updated, but there is no update available. Previously, I’ve had issues with the document screen loading, the to-do list loading, and opening the app in general.
