Won’t even recognize as an app on my phone because it needs an update that I can’t give it. Shouldn’t even be a download if that’s the case.

Castle branch is great when it works. I have not been able to access the app on both my iPhone and iPad for about two months now because “the app is out of date”. There is no update available. This is very frustrating.

Where to begin? I’ll just say this. This app will prompt you upon attempting to login by saying it needs to be updated. The fact there is no update to be had for the past several weeks is all you need to know about this company and their app.

Truly Not Impressed
I am unable to log in on my computer it freezes my laptop, my desktop and I have to re-enter my information after I log in. WTH!!! It’s asking for me to update my information every time I login again after freezing up smh! So I get the app on my iPhone it states app needs to update so I update my iPhone doesn’t help. So I go to my iPad same message! What’s really going on! I need to get in and to upload my things ASAP!!!
