Very slow

I have used this app on 2 occasions when I needed to review documents and upload a new one. It took about 2 minutes for a page to load on one and at least 5 minutes on the other. Usually people download apps for quick access, but this app does not give customer's that.

The app does not provide up-to-date status on submissions. The % complete is accurate but all items are listed as complete. The help text has garbled characters. The requirement date is two years old. On top of all these omissions and errors, the app won't even remember the login email. So every login requires that plus password plus security code. Seriously? Just code for Touch ID. Poor app! Pity.
App doesn't open

I've downloaded this app only to discover that this isn't a functioning app because it doesn't open. I've tried to resolve this issue by visiting app support and the developer website only to hit a dead end. If this issue is fixed I can give an appropriate rating based on services provided.
No due dates

I am a faculty member at a school that uses CP. when I found the app I was so excited! It is MUCH more user friendly and faster than the website. You can see what is needed faster and upload much easier! HOWEVER, there are no due dates on the app so it is impossible to determine whether it is a current or urgent need. For example, my RN renewal is due and the app simply says incomplete. On the website, it correctly shows it will expire in a month and a half. I reached out to customer service but they closed my inquiry in 10 minutes without a comment. Bummer that they do not listen. Has potential but until they listen, save your phone space!
Issues uploading documents

I was excited to see that there was an iPhone app! I'm currently trying to get paperwork uploaded for nursing school and it can be a hassle having to go into the library to use a scanner to upload the necessary documents. I'm having an issue with uploaded documents that have multiple pages with this app. I have no problem uploading documents that are one sided or just one page. But some criteria require you to upload the front and back of an insurance card. You can see the app trying to "process" and then I get hit with an error message. So although this app comes off very convenient, it still looks like I'm going to have to make my way to the library to scan in the remaining documents. This defeats the whole purpose of this app. If they fix this major issue then I'd gladly give it a high star rating.

This app won't open. This is frustrating because I could take a picture of a document and upload it with my phone in one easy step. Hope to never have to use certified profile again.

App doesn't work at all, it did when I first downloaded it but now there is a continuous operation error.

This app is infuriating. All of the material we have to submit to this site is time sensitive. Can't use the app however. It doesn't work.
