Horrible. I'd pay not to use this.

This is a terrible app. As noted by other users, the photo option defaults to an unsizeable square that cuts off part of the document, the document section never loads and times out, the help button is for decoration because none of the topics work - "page cannot be loaded". Why even have the app? It's better to just scrap this app.

Pros: It helps you monitor your status quickly if you're away from your computer. Cons: Uploading from a picture image is a hassle. I recommend downloading Tiny Scanner in correspondence to email the document to yourself in pdf and then uploading the pdf to the CastleBranch website from your own computer. Uploading pictures from your phone also causes frequent errors during the image processing -- which isn't entirely bad, but you will have to submit your pictures again.

If I could give no stars at all, I definitely would. First off, interface looks outdated. Everything loads pretty slow. Uploading stuff is useless. How are they a company if they don't have good IT staff.

Garbage!!! Garbage!!!! I don't really like to to write reviews whatsoever by this stupid App is annoying. I'm in a nursing and Are forced to use this to store our Documents. I think the makers need to up Rethink about making something that Let's u do Anything. Again it's garbage!

Terrible app

First, it’s optimized for iPhones from 2007. Second, nothing works as advertised and the entire thing is extremely slow. Just more money sucking garbage
