I can't log in at all since the app updated, this error message pops up whenever I try. This app needs a lot of work.

I have been using this app for well over a year to upload and submit required, time sensitive documents that are necessary to keep my enrollment valid in the program I'm in. While the app was slow and somewhat buggy, it worked. However, for the past week, every time I try to log in to upload a document, a connection error pops up on my screen! And their website isn't functioning well either! They need to get this fixed. This is a service I had to pay for and I must be able to upload documents!

Frustrated student!???
I've been trying to login into the app to upload my documents for my school program and a connection fail happens every time! This is getting very frustrating!
Not helpful if it doesn't work...

I had been using the app for a few weeks to upload time sensitive documents and now for over a week and a half every time I log on an error message pops up! I have uninstalled the app several times and reset my phone and still get the error. It was very helpful and quick to be able to upload while it was working.

New version doesn't work! I get an error message every time I try to login through the app. Please fix! Update 4/18- still not working, and now the website is acting up. This is time sensitive...please get it fixed!
