I have truly enjoyed grocery shopping from home. Then driving to pick it up. I used to dread grocery shopping. It would take me an hour and a half. Now I order curbside and in less than 10 min. I get my order placed in my vehicle. Now, I shop once a week and get my meats and produce fresh. I used to shop for 2 weeks of groceries and I would end up throwing out some produce that would go bad. That’s not the case anymore. I sure hope that curbside is here to stay. Love it!!!!!

The in-store app is good, but could you please add section and shelf details to the aisle locations for primary location? Partners already introduce customers to the app, it won’t take but a few seconds more to explain sections and counting shelves. This would free up the Partners to get more of their work done and give customers much more confidence in their shopping abilities. Plus, customers are going to get a much closer look at the surrounding items which may encourage the “ooh, I gotta try this” reaction (more purchases). Customers would love the store even more. Thank you!
Filters just don’t work

I search snacks & attempt to filter organic & gluten free certified. The result: Gushers, Fruit by the Foot, Cheetos, Welch’s fruit snacks, Funables, marshmallows, Häagen-Dazs, Atkins snickerdoodle snack bars….. this is ALL GARBAGE FOOD. This has been an ongoing malfunction.

Charge wrong card twice

I love H‑E‑B and choose curbside because being as busy as I am it saves a lot of time. For the second time they charged my visa instead of my ebt when I pushed ebt. I will start doing Walmart pick up instead.
