App crashes every time I try to use it

Frustrated fffffff

I can’t click on any products to find their location in the store. The app is basically useless.

We used the app this weekend while visiting Austin. It is easy to use and I love that it tells you when there is a coupon available for an item.

V.1.24.1 - Just missing iPad support

No Gilt

It’s wonderful to see that there’s better VoiceOver support. That’s a huge help to everyone who uses VoiceOver. I bet that many VoiceOver users would LOVE to see iPad support. I would too. Every week, I fire up the excellent HEB app, thrilled when it shows the HEB logo so brilliantly in landscape mode... and then disappointed as it switches back to mimicking the iPhone. We know that you work hard. What would it take to implement keyboard support? Another developer? I’m glad to start a letter writing campaign to HEB. Just let me know in the reply.

What’s the point of having a shopping list with checkboxes if the only option is adding the entire list to the cart, checked boxes or not? Useless.

This worked previously, but all of a sudden I need to re-submit my info and it won’t “save”. The button to do so is grayed out so I can’t move forward. I have to place my orders from my laptop. Frustrating, please fix this!

Can’t even create an account

I’ve tried two days in a row to create an account and both times it has told me something went wrong: a server with the specified host name could not be found.

Disappointed with new app

One hopes for enhancements with a new app, but users are taking two steps back with this new version. My shopping experience was much more efficient with the old app primarily because unchecked grocery items were automatically sorted to the top of the list. Now I have to weed through numerous checked items to locate unchecked items. It takes more time and it’s easy to overlook unchecked items causing a frustrated return to the store.
