I am very happy with curbside, however on last order I added some drinks of different Kind. I called curbside and they assured me they would be added. Not done. Young man who waited on me was so nice. He went back in second time and could not find where they had been put back??? They could add changes such as the first one would be to be able to choose the replacement of the product that was not there and the second change is which we could eliminate things that we no longer want after placing the order.

This app has literally held up during the pandemic when people where buy the most. The HEB app never crashed even if it was down for a little bit you could still get what you needed! I love this app!

They always do a wonderful job. Many times they will even have the order early and will call you to let you know. Hands down we have one of the top HEB’s in Texas!!
