We are Florida residents that use this app frequently for our Disney trips. It is very convenient to select Fast Passes, purchase tickets, and make dining reservations in advance. Access to park maps and wait times is handy to have at the park too. The only problem we faced was when we were trying to link our family list for group planning. We are pretty tech savvy and it was impossible. So my Sister (head of technology at her company) had to call in order for a Disney rep to make some changes and link us. It shouldn’t be this hard. Easy for a family that purchases their tickets at the same time and originating from the same location, but when you have friends and family in another location that purchased their own tickets you get error messages and it simply doesn’t work without assistance. We still love our Disney though and the reps are always pleasant and helpful.

Cannot find useful info of a park when inside one Look for l attractions and shows times of entire Disney parks Not from the one you are in. Too much trouble using it and no practical or user’s friendly The only think it does is keep asking you to allow Disney track you wherever you are, in school, work, home etc

This app is extremely useful, but it takes too long to load while using Wi-Fi in the parks and is not easy to navigate. In addition when trying to view “my plans” and you click on a fast pass, when you return to the overview page , it returns you to the very beginning instead of where you were.

This app seems like it should be a great idea but everything is glitchy about it. Even the review section Ian showing up so in typing this blind. I definitively would erase if there was another’s option
