App crashes constantly, if it loads at all. Very slow, not sure what happened because it used to work fine.

This application won’t allow me to enter a zip-code while creating an account, preventing me from creating an account to link my pass. Great features advertised, but I can’t access them through my phone.
Zero stars. Get your act together Disney. This app has sucked for years

I literally just confirmed purchase of tickets and can’t link fast pass. Garbage and making me hate my Disney trip already. Why does a vacation have to be so complicated?!?!

In the Android app trying to set up account the 1st block is your age. You can’t just add the date. You have to go back month by month. For us old guys it takes a while to do that. On the Apple you go thru the info then when you get to the zip code you can’t enter it.
