I have not been able to open the app since the update. I have the latest iOS and iPhone 11 Pro.

We are a family of 7. Getting each band to have their own tickets and fastpasses was incredibly difficult

Since updating to most recent version, I can’t get beyond the castle screen. Then it crashes and closes. We need a new update ASAP!

This app has made this experience extremely efficient. The only issue is maintaining the WiFi. If the connection was a little more solid, this would have been flawless. Thank you.

Poor WiFi on property doesn’t allow for quick access. Also fast pass system is flawed. It was better when a person had to be in the specific park to reserve a fast pass. Now there are no fast pass times left when a person arrives.
No Bliss With This
Prior versions loaded almost instantly on my iPhone XS and navigation responded quickly. Version 5.8 is broken or seriously flawed. It takes up to 15 or more seconds to launch the app. The castle graphic displays at launch then freezes followed by a truncated fireworks animation. Navigation buttons have a large lag time and often the app seems frozen then jumps to catch up. I have zero problems with other apps and my iPhone XS is super responsive and fast with every other app EXCEPT My Disney Experience running version 5.8. DISNEY PLEASE FIX THIS.
