So Ridiculously Diificult to Navigate

I can’t understand why this mega-grossing company cannot create an app that actually works and is easy to use!!!


Bad signage, app to open door doesn’t work

Didn’t take long for us to get very discouraged! Bad directional signage at P0pCentury. Then neither of our phones will unlock our door. Grrrrrrr


Linking tickets in the app

To do fast pass you have to link the tickets in the app. If you link two tickets to one person by mistake then one person won’t be able to enter the park. You’ll have to wait in line for guest services to fix it. Waste of time. Everything else seems nice.


Miss the older app

The new update is harder to navigate compared to a few years ago. While it definitely has more features that I love. It’s different/difficult to navigate.

Magic kingdom is beyond over crowded. Grounds are filthy. Just got ran over by a plaid. As an AP it’s not a magical day


What is wrong with your app??

Help FIX!!!!

Every time I click on the app it brings me to the tutorial of the new home page and freezes. Can’t do anything. Can’t get out of it, can’t click anything... nothing. Then it eventually shuts down. No matter how many times I shut it completely down it still doesn’t load.


Transportation system

Staying at Coronado Springs. Great hotel. No issues there. The transportations system stinks. Two nights in a row almost missed dinner reservations at Disney Springs and Epcot. No times for buses posted on monitors at resorts or on app. Barely made it yesterday. Today had to drive after waiting 40 mins for a bus. Buses are supposed to run every 20 mins? At light waiting to leave resort and bus behind us at light. Ridiculous. Time posted was wrong. Was supposed to be another 20 mins so we drove.

Trying to link all my family passes and one just will not link


Imagineers are not Good mobile app development

App is slow to respond. Date of birth couldn’t be selected unless I picked Year first (it complained that I wasn’t eligible to create an account with no reason. The app is not well laid out. C’mon Disney, step up your game!


Linking Cad - useless

My app isn’t linking my card nor would it let me purchase the fast pass. Pointless to have during my first Disney experience :(
