Why VLC?

CoryCorrupted

There are a plethora of video players on the App Store and you force us to open everything through VLC. While VLC is an amazing app, I use Infuse for my videos as it organizes my library better. I would love the option to use “Open In” with different apps. Why doesn’t it just use the standard iOS Share Sheet?

The password will be automatically disabled

Tom201809151205

Enabled the password by setting a 4 digital password, the password will be effective when you use home key to switch the app to background and then click the app icon to switch it to foreground, but if you use task manager to completely close the app, the password is disabled in settings, to open the app need not the password, never see so stupid design, password only be effective for current instance, doubt the developer’s IQ is below 0.

Crashes

The app keeps crashing on me and it is very annoying.

Useless App

It has been a great start, APP worked to upload my files videos and pictures, the hardware looks sleek and amazing. But recently after my vacation I have some picture to upload. I go into the app, create a folder and click + to add pictures and as soon as I click upload files the app crashes and my phone returns to home screen. Can not fix at all and has been frustrating.

Not well made

This ap gets a “D” in my book. I like the lay out that your other cloud apps do not have ... but playing videos is horrible. It takes to long to start playing, does not play most video formats. Or rarely plays any of my videos at all. Your engineers need to develop a better project ... I bet you do not read any reviews because of them being a lot. Thx ... I hope you’ll read at least some of these ...

This app needs serious help. Do you ever read these reviews?

Please hire some software engineers that actually use this product and app. Screen rotation a must Long file and folder name not fully shown on screen Thumbnails to small Either give us the ability to zoom in or let us adjust the thumbnail sizes. Please fix.

Solid, But Missing Files Integration

Muonic

The app works well. Files changed from other devices show up without manual refresh and the indexing of photos ensures everything is there. I have only two complaints, the first minor. The initial photos backup was quite slow with many thousands of photos. The second is the absence of support for files. For some apps I find myself copying back and forth from iPhone storage.

A Let Down

App opens in portrait mode on iPad. How ridiculous is that? Also, no support for MP3 files other than forcing you to download them. Looks great compared to earlier editions however needs a huge amount of rework to earn anything more than One Star.

Too Bare Bones & Half-Baked

The app only really offers the bare minimum of acceptable functionality, but even then the implementation is less than adequate. Specifically: - The built in previewer is awful in terms of compatibility, and it routinely freezes when rendering decent-resolution PDFs, whereas normal PDF viewers have no problems. - You can upload files from other apps, but you can only do so to the general root folder: you have to go back into the app, refresh, and them move it to the desired folder manually. This is inexcusably tedious. - You can export files, but you can’t edit them without doing so. If I have a word document I wish to edit, I have to export it, save it on my iPad, edit it, then re-upload it, delete the original version, and move the new copy into the folder. All other cloud service applications allow live edits of popular formats in most major applications (editing word files in word, PDFs in most available viewers, etc.). This too is just ridiculous. - Navigating folder structures is tedious: there’s no button to go back to the root directory, you have to just keep clicking the back button to go up and up from the folder you were in. It does not take advantage of an iPad’s larger screen size. - There’s no integration into the iOS Files application, though all other cloud storage apps do this. These issues need to be addressed- the app is so awful it inhibits good access to my files, thus making me consider returning the MyCloud Home.

Not even half an app.

The app is terrible, doesn’t support landscape mode, much less split screen. It doesn’t integrate into iCloud Drive. Allowing me to see the files I have on the home cloud, through apples files app. I might as well just return the device, and buy more iCloud storage. Seriously wish they would put more effort into bring this app up to date.
