Complete Garbage

I can't believe BMW would release this garbage app. BMW would be better served and just remove the app and start all over again. My wife's '15 Hyundai allows her to start her car, unlock, and many other features with a simple login to the app. I expect better from BMW!

Way to go BMW, jacked up the application again! Now the application won't send the addresses to the car! (The only thing useful for this application!) You'd think for what this car cost, there would be better service for this..... They finally repaired the Google search field, but why not fix the lock/unlock feature so you can use it properly? Also, when you're searching for your car on the map, why does it say "due to security reasons, unable to locate vehicle" or something to that effect..... I mean it's MY car! Why can't I track it? PREVIOUS REVIEW: Why would you take out the only functional thing of this app? You can no longer type in a Google search and send it to the car. You've made this app now COMPLETELY USELESS! Sad!
Least useful app on my phone

I've been using this app for almost 9 months, and it's the least reliable app on my phone. The location defaults to NY, I'm in CO...and iPhone has "location services" - how hard can it be for this App Developer to use an API? It randomly decides to "forget" my login credentials, forcing me to call support multiple times. (Connected Drive site might be the all-time-worst, too.) Unlock also requires a phone call, which is exactly the LAST THING you want to do when you're locked out of your car. The ventilation feature is iffy - haven't had it work for me yet. Bmw app developers need to scrap this and start over.

Works 5% of the time. Absolute waste. I paid extra for the tech package in my BMW for this and it doesn’t work.

Since the update doesn't work at all. What's the point if it doesn't work. The app starting working again and now it does not! Please, please a repair the app for iPhone users!?

App no longer works after I had to reinstall on a different phone. When I try to log on I get the following message: no vehicle or suitable vehicle available for this app. Check your your ConnectedDrive account. When I check my account online my vehicle is listed. I used to be able to lock and locate my 2011 BMW328xi but this no longer works. This is so embarrassing. My Friends who own Audi's rub this in.

Recently stopped working entirely. When it worked I liked it but now it says that it is sending destination to vehicle but it never does, after 10 different attempts.
