After 5 hours of trying to pair, it doesn't. I'm returning it. End of story. Whether it be the app or the watch, doesn't work

Can't connect to Bluetooth

I received my bracelet and had no success connecting to Bluetooth. All online options to connect for any support are in Chinese. Not sure how to proceed.

Received the smart wristband, can't connect and sync, don't have the option. No other option but to return the wristband.

I can't get it to sync to my iPhone 6! And it doesn't give me a sync option. It just says "you have to sync your device first." Then it takes a few seconds to tell me that it is unable to connect! It is so frustrating.

Had a difficult time getting and then staying in sync with my device. Information did not specify product would not work with and Iphone 6 plus. Was difficult to change height and personal data. Did not like that it would only do 24 hour not AM and PM
