Had this for a few years worked great at first and now it wont let me sync or sign in! I keep getting the “network timed out” notification and I have great WiFi and cellular data! Really frustrating!!!!

The watch is a total waste of your money! Every time I try to make an account it says “network timeout”! Like why tf is it not workin? everyone I know has this exact same problem

Will not accept my sign on. Tried to register as new customer would not work. Always saying timed out. This is the only app that does this. Very disappointed

App all of a sudden has not started. I get a “The Request Time-out” Why? How can I fix? Uninstalled and reloaded but that did not work on my Android phone. Tried the app on my iPad and get the same error notice. HELP
