I have had the watch for a few years now, I just now got around to downloading the app. I read the paper and it directed me to this app. It won’t let me sign in, it says network timeout. I don’t know why but it says this to everyone that I know with this watch. It’s not worth your time, you can’t even get on the app. DONT GET IT.

The watch it great! But it’s hard to keep up with your steps if you can’t log into the app. Every time I try to log in it says network timeout. I would like to log into my app soon please so I can properly use what it was intended for.

I had a problem, and i’m pretty sure this happened to everyone else, but when I tried logging in it said “Network Timeout.” If you look at the instructions, it says that it works for the iphone 4s, 5, 5c, and the 5s. I think that if you do not have these phones, then it doesn’t work. But, if someone could please tell me, how you could work it without the app because nowhere in the instructions does it say how to work the actual watch itself. It only talks about how to use the app. Thank you and I hope this answers all of your questions.
Garbage app broken login/registration

Doesn’t work, requires a log in but cannot create one because of “Network Timeout” error. Looked online, found an article suggesting that this is the wrong app and that “Mistep” app is the correct one. Mistep works but cannot detect or pair with my watch.

I can’t believe I just waisted my money. I was so confident that this was going to work but once I try to connect my watch, it says Network Time Out. This is disappointing.

Worthless, can't do anything with the watch until you create an account - and that's broken. Unable to even set the time without a working app.

How am I suppose to use the the smart wristband if I can’t even create an account? It keeps telling me that it has timed out or can’t connect to a network. Junk!
