In the manual it says with text messages & calls there will be vibration yet I get none! Also, there is no sitting app listed. They need to update the app to follow the watch manual! Very frustrating!!!

It says text message alert and call reminder. I can't find it in the settings. Please help or update. I have an iPhone 6s.

This product is terrible as is the app. Cannot get it to sync. Poorly translated to English. No way to control the wristband if it's not synced. Counts steps when I'm sitting still at my desk. It's basically useless unless you want to fool people into thinking you've got a FitBit. Good thing I got it free from work but too bad they wasted money on these things.

Took a month to get it. After trying to figure it out after an hour, i read the comments below and they make sense. No it does not work with my iPhone, 6plus. Complete waste of money.

I was wanting a Fitbit, but when I saw this, I thought it was a nice way to see if this type of device would work for me. First I was disappointed when it took over three weeks to get. Then the directions were very sketchy. I have an iPhone 5 which the directions says will work. The app wouldn't get past my profile-never saving a profile picture, thus never getting to the point of identifying that I had an account. Because of that, I couldn't even try to sync. I wish that I had been able to see other people's reviews before I ordered because if I had, I wouldn't have wasted my money.

It took forever to get here. No one responds to emails. These people are a joke! I better be able to return this. It looks nice however, This app doesn't follow the paper instructions. At all. And The paper instructions are crap. The app is incredibly disappointing. It doesn't alert the band for calls or texts. There isn't even an option for that. The profile information won't save and the height can only be selected in feet and not inches. After "setting up" I had 58 steps already and I didn't even move. I wore it to bed an had no record of it in the morning. The time is set to military time. Only. Cannot be saved. This is a terrible app.

It's my 3rd day using this Bluetooth bracelet, showing low battery everyday and I charge daily. Tonight it shut off and all day data is gone. The bracelet reset to original setting and date and time got wrong again and back to factory default.

Let me start saying that I'd like to give this app 4.5 stars, not only 4. I received the smartband, downloaded the app and 2 literal minutes later the app was already closed, because everything was correctly set, even the "wake up reminder"! Other reviewer probably downloaded the wrong app for the wrong smartband, or received a defective unit, who knows? The app is clearly not finished, as I have options for alarms and can't select which days I want them, and don't have the sedentary reminder, but a "drinking reminder" for you to keep hydrated; I'd prefer the sedentary reminders, I guess. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I like the time in AM/PM, but I haven't found options to change it. Maybe its tied to the cellphone time/date? Time and date are synced automatically from the phone. The smartband battery is amazing. Used almost 3 days since receiving it, with it half charged alteady, and it haven't moved the indicator so far! However, Bluetooth always on on an iPhone 5S took at least half an hour of my standby battery, from what I have perceived. Overall, 4.5/5, would download again. ;)
