Waste of phone space

2/7/17 update - still not working. Out of the blue,( pun intended) after a week of not syncing, the app and band decided to sync. Problem - the only thing that synced was my steps nothing else. The sleep monitoring is useless. This app needs a major overhaul. How do we get the manufacturers to do that? I like the wristband and the device. I am running iOS 10 and not all the features shown in what is supposed to be in instructions are even available. The wristband and the app won't stay connected. The app keeps saying that the Bluetooth has been disconnected when it hasn't. I'm really about to dump this and just use the daily information from the wristband. This needs a major upgrade to be worth my time. Just tried app support and it is in Chinese with no option to translate.

I've only had my device for a week and all of a sudden it stopped syncing to my IPhone. No good without that. No clue how to fix that problem

Cute looking watch, but won't sync to my 6plus IPhone. Please update the app. Perhaps it will be worth the time and money.

Can not pair or bound the device to my iPhone 6 Plus ... the app doesn't shows a bottom to do it ... it says UNABLE to bound . I setting Health app and it did not help ... I going to return it if you don't help me with that

I do not receive notice of incoming call or text. Otherwise, basic functions work but hard to read, too small

At first it was fine but then it disconnected and wouldn't connect again and then the watch wouldn't turn on or charge it just kept vibrating

If it did everything it said it would be phenomenal, but the app is terrible! Instructions are written in such small text you cannot read it. No functionality of the alert for phone, sleep mode doesn't work, nor can you change the mode on the app it stays in default. The only place you can set your correct weight and height is in BMI mode. In the profile it wants to keep reverting to the current date when you try to enter your birthdate. ( although I hit at edit after selected birthdate and it allowed me to put a date in but I can't seem to get it to do it again!) Also I have no idea how to reset the steps which is the only thing that seems to be working but not even correct. I will be getting my money back.

I just got my Smart bracelet (faux Fitbit). I have synced it with the app. It was easy to set up. So far it recognizes that I have took 77 steps. Works well so far.
