Why won't it work?!?!?!?? – Movnow Plus Review

I can't get it to sync to my iPhone 6! And it doesn't give me a sync option. It just says "you have to sync your device first." Then it takes a few seconds to tell me that it is unable to connect! It is so frustrating.
