Good app. The developers are constantly releasing the updates and removing bugs almost instantly.

For some reason I recently forgot my password and was not able to restore the access. I contacted the Support Team and they pointed out that it was my mistake as I've registered via the Google+, not an email.

Yesterday I messed up my login information by typing the wrong email. And when I logged back in with the correct one there was no money. Gladly the Support helped me out and resolved the issue in a day.

Misleading advertisement

I thought I could purchase Monero crypto-currency because the symbol for the app is that of MONERO. I uploaded my driver’s license thinking I would be able to purchase Monero. This app is FREEWALLET not a direct app of Monero. Very misleading. Now my driver’s license is linked with FREEWALLET and there is NO adoption to cancel the account or to speak to a person from FREEWALLET. I will be contacting BBB to report if this is not resolved by Jan 5.
