Str8 up stole my money then came on here acting like they cared and wanna fix it. Well 3 months later and still nothing. Stay away unless you wanna risk your cash disappearing in the wind...WORST customer service.Has been useless so far and just keeps telling me to wait Lol... Lost $400+ using this app. They take your crypto before it hits your wallet. I created two separate addresses and sent crypto to each, neither received. Then I used a different wallet service and the crypto went through fine. STAY AWAY

I deposited 800$ into my account and they won’t send a verification email that is needed to be able to transfer funds, I have opened 2 support tickets with no help at all, it has been 3 weeks and they won’t fix it, money seems to be gone now

It said they work around the clock but still haven’t received one message about my issue with the email account I put on there. I verified it with a different email. Still won’t let me send my $1,000 worth of xmr out.. will change rating when fixed.. please help ! :(

This is not a wallet. You cannot request a withdrawal from a wallet. So ask, what are you requesting to withdraw money from, if it isn’t a wallet?
The security is excellent

It’s great that if you lose your phone, you can easily lock your account and then restore access from another device.
