App is very glitchy

The app kept changing my quantities, and looped me through the whole checkout process 4 times before finalizing my order.


Not an easy-to-use app IMO

This review is for the app only: The screen size is limited even when expanded as much as possible. When reviewing my cart I couldn’t see the quantities of my items and needed to divide the total for each item by the price as far as I could remember it. Also I was unable to edit quantities from there. I had to delete the items and go back to the item listing to reenter the items. The checkout showed the quantities but from there I couldn’t adjust them. When I tried to check out I kept getting sent back to the “next step” button. On the third try I finally got the sale completed. I do not recommend this app. Please fix it! I had no trouble with your previous app.


Glitches a lot

Kept deleting items out of my order as I was placing it. Had to constantly keep adding and re-adding the same two things over and over. It wasn’t until I screen recorded that I was able to finally purchase all 4 items.

Online shopping needs updating

I’m an avid online shopper,,especially during a pandemic. But this app for online shopping is below par. First, select any category and see listed items. 99% of the time the items are not available in store OR online. If an item is not available, don’t list it. 3 pages of items and I found only 1 item available, and it wasn’t anything I wanted. Create a better navigation. When I shop by category, I often get bumped straight back to the main shopping page. I helped develop a mobil app, so I’m well versed in knowing which “back” button to press. Yours is glitchy. Also, if I choose to open an item to look at the details, when I back arrow out, it takes me to the top of the page I was scrolling (and not to the area of the page I had been on). More often than not, I intend on making a purchase, but 5 minutes in the app and I give up. Between the unavailable listed items (even when I use filters correctly, items display and are unavailable in any way) and then having to retrace my steps, it’s entirely too frustrating to purchase from you. A little more effort to code a better app could raise your sales tremendously. Especially since my friends and I are the types of women who like crafts (and as they say, collect the supplies, lol). If you update it, add me as a Beta tester please!


This app is terrible

Extremely slow, you can search for something using the exact name or title and it won’t come up, I went to check out with 6 items in my cart yet, it told me my cart was empty. I had to force close and open it again to continue with my purchase. This app is just terrible. Trying to send this review and all nick names are taken ?


Terrible app to make purchases

The Michaels app has burned me twice. Sunday night I spent 2 hours listing floss for a cross stitch project only to learn it will only take 50 items which is not enough to reach the $35 to receive the extra rewards dollars. I reassessed and tried again today. I finally reached the threshold with other projects I’m working on to find out one or more of my items are out of stock. That’s great except the app won’t tell me which one(s) are. It’s like a bad day on Price is Right. I guess I’ll go in the store and pick out my items myself or go to Hobby Lobby and pay more.

Michael’s website needs to be updated. It took me 30 minutes to try and order paint. It wasn’t until I got on my phone was I able to complete my order after 2 tries. Not easy to do lately. I have ordered on line in the past with no issues. This is not an individual store issue, this is the company website.


Shopping cart empty

After shopping and ready to check out some how all my items were gone. Very irritating because I had to start over. Otherwise I love that I can curbside pick up and see reviews on items I’m going to purchase
