Not Accurate

Tried to order using the app. Couldn’t get it to go through. Called, they couldn’t get it to go through. 3 days later I finally got half the order completed. 4 weeks after the fact, I still don’t have all of my order. On hold for almost an hour, tried online chat- they ended it before it was resolved. I won’t order on line with Michaels again.

I absolutely love this store, their rewards and offers are amazing. I always recommend this store, the costumer service is always on point and it’s so fun shopping here.

Start talking apply pay please because i could only use apple pay for using a temporary card so i had to submit a pickup order at the checkout stand. It would just be a huge convenience.

Poor service or delivery

This is a French version. Try as I might to get the English one it’s not happening. Thanks Michaels or who is doing this. Apparently because I don’t want to be involved with cookies therefore I get the French version. And my review isn’t being sent either. So I will have to do something else to get things done. I don’t want cookies and you can’t follow me unless you are dishonest about it. That’s the way the cookie crumbles with me. Sorry.

App has bugs. My shopping cart was cleared when I was ready to make my purchase. Then, it took several attempts to make a payment because it wouldn’t allow me to. Super frustrating.

I noticed quite a few bugs - “back” button did not work consistently, items disappeared from cart, technical issues applying vouchers. Needs some work and it will be great!

Like shopping at Michael’s and would like to use the app but it can be incredibly glitchy. Especially when trying to use gift cards.

It’s very frustrating to have to enter your account and personal information over and over and over in this app. If you are using a coupon code they send you, it likely won’t work or has some underlying clause to prevent you from using it and then, try to split your payment between a gift card and credit card...you may as well wait until the next time you are near a store to purchase anything here. Total waste of my time!

i love to shopping at Michaels but i am not happy w them cuz i never get 30$ reward after i bought new cricut explore 3 last month . i did called them that told them w my receipt where i bought . seem it not help at all. i really disappointed bout not ever received 30$ reward in my membership…..??
