This is my favorite store of all time and despite being a loyal customer for years the app shows discrepancies between reward members. How is it possible that my own sister receives weekly 40% off coupons and the most I receive is 20%? This is every single week!

Could there be an option to choose delivery and billing address? Ability to scan a credit card? Fields don’t prompt saved information, like name and address.

Signing into Account

I signed up for the rewards program in the store on my last visit. I then created an account online following an email I received from Michales. I just downloaded the app this afternoon and it will not let me sign into my account. I have reset my password three times today and was still unable to access my account information. This has been very frustrating, I will however give it another day and if I still can not access my account I will delete the app because this far it’s absolutely useless.

I was there today and the person checking me out forgot to put my two erasers in the bags. I looked on my receipt and I did purchase them along with everything else!But when I got home they weren’t in my bags. I am very upset because I don’t have a car and my friend who took me can’t bring me back there! Because she has church on Sunday!?

App is starting to malfunction ?

I usually love this app but for the last week or two I’ve been getting an error message when I tap on my cart icon. I cannot see the items in my cart. Prior to this I have to tap on icons throughout the app continuously to get them to work. I called customer service and they told me to uninstall and reinstall again and that did not fix the problem.

This app would be so great except for it is SO slow. You cannot type without it erasing your progress two or three times. It is not user friendly. Great idea and great savings are available but it is poorly executed in this app and makes me want to avoid it.

App crashes and freezes

Recently I noticed that the app will crash when scrolling the projects or looking for items to compare and also the app tends to freeze at the worst time, even when on the store WiFi, today I thought it would be easy to click the app to use rewards and coupons I had acquired but for the circle of death, so I had to sign into the website to use the coupon and my rewards which was just a pain in the butt thankful that there wasn’t a long line. Other than that I do find the app helpful just not when I need it most.

App is not managed on a per-store basis, via the customer service rep I spoke with. Most apps are managed with time slots for pickup & curbside. App promised to have order ready & I called my local store and that wasn’t the case. I called customer service & the rep let me know that it varies by store. Completely understandable & it would not be an issue if the app stated this. It does not & leaves you to assume if you order by a certain time, your order will be ready on the same day. Rep basically provided me with lip service. So. Just know that while using the app, while they promise to fulfill your order by a certain time (that they committed to), may or may not be honored. App also is terrible at inventory per store, but that makes sense knowing it isn’t managed on a per store basis.

i spent so much today that it did not give me any rewards for a voucher . it tells me spend 25 and more and get a 5 dollar coupon . i use my number for the rewards and nothing . please fix this issue
