App is fine but missing something

Wishing the app had the capability of scanning their gift cards to store on the app. Otherwise it’s good.

Any zip code I add says it’s invalid. When I try to look up a store it says there are none in my area when there are THREE. I cannot access coupons because it asks for a zip code or city and when I try to add them they say they’re invalid. This has been this way for the longest time and hasn’t been addressed in any updates. Now even the website is doing it. WTH.

Whenever I am near the store, this app never pulls up completely. You can never access the coupons via app. All other apps work here, but it has never pulled up completely and/or I get an error message stating “no network available,” which is bs because absolutely everything else works. I am in Shawnee, Kansas and know that everyone has this problem here. Please fix this!!!!!

I really enjoyed this app and love to use it, if i can recover my password. I changed my phone and downloaded this app on my new phone but couldn’t remember my password... i tried so many times to make it email my password or reset it but I didn’t receive anything . Its been 3 weeks now i even checked junk mail. PLEASE FIX THIS like other apps where we can recover by using phone number... Thank you!

I am a Canadian customer who lives part time in the US. The app wants you to select a favourite store in order to see coupons. I used to have no trouble switching back and forth between my Canadian and US stores, but now it is impossible. I am in the US now, but the app is stuck on my Canadian store. Deleting and redownloading the app does not help. I also can't sign in, because it won't accept my password, so I thought I would try to reset it. The app said it would send me an email to do this, but after 4 separate tries, it never once did. This app used to be good, but now it is worthless for me.

I have just discovered this app and it is very useful. I would like to be able to add a quantity in my list, though, because I calculated how many skeins of yarn I would need for a project but there is no way currently for me to add that number to my list to remember how many I need.

Once I located items I want to purchase it directs me to buy on line outside of the app and opens safari ... I could have done that on my computer What is the point of having the app on your phone if it will make you go to safari ?? Found it to be useless I’m in need of supplies and ordered anyway but I’m deleting app - I’ll just make the time and go in person

Love this app...however, my shopping list isn’t working now! Can not figure out why. That was my favorite thing about the app. It organized and helped me find every item I needed. Please, if anyone knows why this is happening, let me know how to fix it!!! Sher
