I don’t get it. What is the purpose of this app? I can only add to my list or purchase online. And where is “my wallet”? Why have that option if I can’t use the app to make purchases.
This app makes me despise Michaels

I go to Michaels and other craft stores all the time. This is the only store that makes it so stinking difficult to access their coupon. I choose to go to Hobby Lobby over Michaels if I can because I can access their coupons within seconds. Michaels is a fight every time. You have to re-enter store yada yada. Give me a break. The store availability option is also crap. I wonder if there are any good reasons to use this app because I haven’t found any.

This is decent if you're looking for a particular item in the store. That is, if it’s in the correct location. Otherwise it’s like a hide and go seek adventure that I could do without. The worst part of the app and the online store, for that matter, is online shopping. No matter how many times you filter on: availability: ONLINE every single item is not available online. And it’s not that the programming is messed up, because I also tried: availability: in store; and yet again no online availability. Please, please, please get it fixed so busy people who just don’t have time to aimlessly wander your stores can get what they actually want online.

I didn’t know I can link my rewards with this APP. I can’t sign in to see my rewards, I lost so many coupons. I called customer services and it didn’t help. I go the the store and the workers don’t know. I shop ALOT in that store. Hope someone can help! Robyn YT
Worked great but not anymore

Worked great when I first got it. Since my last visit the app keeps giving me an error and won’t load. Now i have to go to the website to get my coupons and rewards info. Total bummer.

What's the point of the app if it reroutes you to safari? I was hoping for an easier shopping browser when I downloaded the app. I like loading coupons but that's all.

App works fine for me, the only thing I’d like to see is multiple favorites as I tend to shop area stores and would like to only see those when selecting favorites.

Generally the app is ok. If you click on a door buster sale though it doesn’t open in app- it opens a website on your internet browser. When I click on things it takes me to micahels.com you’d think they’d put proper links on their app
