App Needs Work

I love Michaels as it has a bit of everything I enjoy doing but the app needs work. Whenever I look at an item and go back to the previous page, it kicks me all the way to the top of the page. It doesn’t matter if what I was looking at previously had been towards the bottom; I end up all the way at the top regardless and have to scroll all the way down again. This might be fine if I was only using the app like once a month. Also, I recently made an online purchase. It took a couple days for it to be updated that it had been shipped. However, whenever I go to click the Tracking button for the items the button doesn’t do anything. When I tried tracking it through the email Michaels sent me it brought me to the UPS tracking page. But the tracking number wasn’t correct apparently. It wasn’t until today, a week after I placed my order, that I discovered that it’s actually USPS sending my order and only because I get daily emails on what is being delivered by them to my house. I understand the wait times are ridiculous right now and I have no issue waiting since I wasn’t in a rush to receive my items. I just wish the information they gave me was accurate and useful.
Constantly glitching

The app constantly glitches and never updated my rewards after my purchases. I’ve literally spent $250 over the last two weeks and nada on my rewards portion of the app.

When I select the option to show in-store availability, I ALWAYS see several items that are only available online, are out of stock in my store AND are unavailable online and in store. PLEASE fix the search parameters so they actually work.
Terrible browsing constant crashes

Such a pain to use. Tedious category viewing. Constantly kicks me completely out of what I was browsing.

It’s easy to navigate the site and that is great. However when I go to check out there’s always something. Even though it said it was in stock when I ordered it it’s out of stock when I go to there if I wanna apply my five dollar reward it’s a sure but they want to check out there’s a problem applying it. Some days it’s extremely frustrating
USELESS, Waste of time.

I get slammed with emails telling me about all the things I can do online and I should go to the app right away. But EVERY SINGLE TIME I DO I get FURIOUS! Tonite I’m presented with 188 PAGES of holiday items. Out of around 30 items I’ve looked at, exactly ONE of them is in stock and available for pickup while 2 items are in stock but limited and I need to go to the store to buy them. In addition, NONE of the other stores in the area have any of these 30 things either. I want to know, IF A COMPUTER SYSTEM CAN BE PROGRAMMED TO SPAM MY EMAIL AFTER EVERY VISIT I MAKE TO THE APP, SHOULDNT IT ALSO BE SMART ENOUGH TO NOT SHOW ITEMS THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP IN ANY OF THE STORES I CAN EASILY REACH?!?!? I hate this app!!!!
