I’ve had the joy of getting to stay at the MGM hotel while my hardwood floors were being redone. I had beyond excellent help starting from the valet to checking in and out to the wonderful security. Staff over all was so kind and made my stay that much more enjoyable.
The room is not what I wanted

I booked one bedroom penthouse in June and specifically requested fountain view. However, when I checked in today, the front desk told me fountain view room were overbooked. It was very disappointed.

The rooms have no microwave no refrigerator no coffee pot no amenities whatsoever and they give you a $30 voucher to use at certain restaurants here and almost all of them are closed so kind of a rip off and they’re very hard to find the signage isn’t good hereI need to increase their restaurants that are included in their $30 voucher and the pools half of them are closed so I would say don’tFrom here find one off the strip.

This app used to be very easy to use! Now with all of the added pages, everything takes so long to load! Please fix this!
