App is glitchy

The app kept trying to make me sign up for rewards, but I already signed up. When I tried to log in, it kept taking me back to the sign on screen. I verified my password online, and that worked fine but the app wouldn’t let me log in to the rewards. Very frustrating
Check in

Mobile check in process is ridiculous!!! Trying to share a room to other parties in the room is like clearing security for the CIA. The line in the lobby to speak to an actual person had a wait over an hour long.
Digital key is too complicated

I can’t share a digital key properly with my spouse through the app. Send it over through airdrop and it asks what app to open it with. Send a link via text and it doesn’t work properly. The app is pointless if I still have to go to the front desk to get another key.
Consistent errors

After I log into the app I get errors saying “something went wrong, refresh”. I press refresh but this error never goes away. If I sign out the app looks just fine. Only issue is after sign in.
