Failed to unlock after paying $2.99 for upgrade

I paid the $2.99 required to actually make this app do anything useful and it didn’t unlock the editing features. Very dissatisfied. I tried paying a second time to unlock and it still didn’t work. How do I get my money back?

Not worth the time/effort. Limited viewing of meta data and no edit or clearing available without inapp purchase. Better programs available. Wish I had my time back. Seek elsewhere.

I’ve been using Metapho for a couple years, seems like and wow, they’re all over the app with consistent update frequency. Their customer service (if you need, you won’t) is quick and easy to follow their instructions if applicable. It does allow for deep metadata cleaning as well. While it’ll take a bit more space - it does what it claims aplomb. And the $3 ‘support donation’ (I wouldn’t call this an IAP, in reality software and programs that were this capable were a ‘c note!’ If available, and could be only run on a desktop machine with plenty of power and time. Today, for a three dollar bill it’s done in milliseconds, hardly noticeable anything was done!! It was and it does. I was skeptical initially and emailed myself as well as downloaded from my FTP site several JPEG TIFF & other formats including slide scan files and analog snaps of a couple hundred albums for the family. I use it as a data ‘filler’ usually but I’ve definitely benefited from the app in situations where the metadata isn’t something I want shared with the snap Keep up the excellent work, it’s an indispensable app for those who want or need its ability to scramble, eliminate or all together make the metadata disappear Thanks

Great metadata editing app. Tried several others before this one and they were not as user friendly and didn’t always work. Would recommend this one.

One of the most useful apps, I love it and the developer is responsive an even added a feature that I asked for. If you are looking to add missing metadata for photos and videos which is what I use it for then this is certainly the app for you!!!!

I've been testing a lot of Metadata Editors and this one was the only one which achieved all my needs. Great for rearranging your travel photos, which is usually shared trought What's which (I don't why) remove the metadata when transferring. Can buy it without doubts! Thanks folks for the App!

I wanted a utility to change the date and location of my photos without having to use a Mac and this app does both of those very well. The share extension is a little lacking, but the app has functionality well worth its price. If you need a utility to change the date or location of your photos (or to remove all metadata completely!) this is what you’re looking for!

Ive been trying to fix the time stamps on some of my pictures in the photos app and they were driving me crazy cause I couldn’t figure out how to do it. I spent so long trying to find a solution. This app lets me edit all the metadata! I also transfer a lot of my DSLR photos to my iPhone and it lets me add the geotagging which is a nice feature. I’m very pleased with the design as well, it fits in with iOS perfectly. I’m so happy I paid $3, thanks!
